We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front and back covered patios - one, or both is out of the sun during the day, and almost always had a breeze. (You can hear the ocean surf from the front patio.) Carlene has also done a beautiful job with the landscaping and plantings. Overall, the property is lovely; We enjoyed our time outside as much as the apartment. The kitchen has all new appliances, and is well stocked with cookware, basic spices and oil. Since the air conditioning is central air, it is VERY quiet and effective. We didn't have to think about the apartment temperature at all - it was just comfortable.Carlene is quick to respond to questions. You couldn't ask for a better host.We loved our time at Caiman's Den in Old Man Bay, and would go back immediately, if we could!"
