Enjoy constant ocean breezes, AC in both bedrooms, Smart TVs, a full kitchen, pool, hammocks, paddleboards, fishing gear, and a private dock for water taxis and tours. This is an authentic island home, not a new resort. The salt air, reef, and mangroves require ongoing maintenance, and systems like water pressure and hot water can vary briefly—common in Belize and quickly addressed by our on-site caretakers. The shallow lagoon out front isn’t ideal for swimming, but great beaches are a short walk away. Mosquitos may appear briefly at sunrise/sunset; AC provides relief. A separate 6-bedroom home is located above.
