THINGS TO KNOW
This property is located on Caye Caulker's north side. This is separated from town (and from where guests would arrive by plane or boat) by a small channel called 'The Split'. This means the transport of guests for check-in is recommended to be organized by our concierge and comes at an extra cost. It involves a taxi pickup at the boat terminal/airstrip which then heads north, crosses 'The Split' on a small barge, and drives a few minutes north to the property.
Guests are approximately 10 minutes away from town by bicycle but still have to cross the channel on the barge and pay a small fee at every crossing.

Parking notes: No parking available.

This rental is located on floor 1.

A relaxing vacation

Property was nice, clean and easy to get to. Bikes were provided which made it easy to get around the island.The dock was very relaxing but you can not swim from it. ( crocodile warning ) there is a pool there and beaches just a short bike ride away. the area is quiet and relaxing with lots of activities just across the split. we did a day long snorkeling excursion with nautitime tours they took pictures with a gopro camera giving us pictures at no additional cost we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

Nice!

We enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the dock and water so peaceful. We used the bikes to get to the southern island and to explore the northern island. We stayed just 3 days and were active on the water, with the bikes or in the village all day and crashing at night so the setting was good for us. I can see lounge chairs on the porch and inside would be nice to relax onsite. The kayaks, canoes, bikes and pool use was great. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating.
