With three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an open floor plan, this home features a well-equipped granite kitchen, with new stainless appliances. Our commitment to accessibility ensures comfort for all guests, with ADA features seamlessly integrated throughout. LIVING ROOM COMFORT: Sink into our new plush leather power recliners and immerse yourself in entertainment on the massive 85" smart TV. Your channels are provided for you. A 'sit-to-stand" power recliner is provided as well for those that may need it, but it’s quite comfortable as well. The super huge open floor plan ensures you have room to relax, dance, spread out, etc. USB ports are built in to the recliners. BEST SLEEP OF YOUR LIFE: Guest consistently rave about how well they slept, and you will too, on our new state-of-the art 14" memory foam mattresses. Close to the college and a easy drive to the beach. Brian the host was in contact throughout our stay to check in to see if we needed anything. It’s spacious, has nice and comfy sofas with a huge TV, and has everything you need. My favorite part was the sun room with the standing desk where my wife was able to work at comfortably. We stayed in another house last year with this same host. Both houses were great. This house has an open kitchen and living room with a ton of room. 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a king bed. Nice walk in shower in main bathroom. Fenced in backyard with a ramp which was nice for our senior dog. This host has been great both times. We will be back in November sometime and more than likely pick this house again. If not I believe this host has 4 or 5 houses in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house or another from this host if it meets your needs. ##### Wesley T.
