The owner of this lovely home runs herself ragged trying to make your stay pleasant. She picked us up from the boat dock and drove us to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning and even offered to make me coffee! Our huge apartment had a stunning seaview where we watched the sunset and took one fabulous picture after another. It was the perfect place for us to stay the night before we had to catch a plane. It was clean and very comfortable.
There is a store in easy walking distance from the house. We walked there and also into the town of Cavtat. We ate, (numerous restaurants to choose from), saw the village, (would have swam if the water was a little warmer), and took an inexpensive taxi back to our apartment. The owner usually picks her renters up(!) but she had a wedding that day. We would definitely return.

If you are looking for high quality yet great value accommodation in Cavtat, Croatia , then you certainly won't be …More
We stayed at Villa Anka for a week in a large room on the second floor with a kingsized bed and a single. There was a good sized kitchen, well supplied with all implements needed for cooking (and even a washing machine), and a bathroom off the bedroom with solar-heated shower in the tub. There was also a little balcony off the bedroom with a line for drying clothes, and wifi in the room which was not the strongest, but was adequate for our needs with 2-4 bars. We wanted to use Cavtat, a pleasant village in its own right, as a base for exploring Dubrovnik and the Konavle region with day-trips to Montenegro and Mostar. We had a car and wanted to park it somewhere which had on-site free parking (parking is a problem in Dubrovnik). For our purposes Villa Anka served excellently well. Anka herself, the proprietress, lives downstairs, and is both friendly and efficient in doing all she can to make her guests comfortable and the room well-maintained. Clean towels were brought several times during our stay, garbage was regularly emptied, and often gifts of home baking or fresh produce would appear on the table. The access to the town is direct via a staircase -- room to village is only 7 minutes -- but the incline is steep. Cavtat village has about 5 different swimming spots, two grocery stores (prices better than the city), a bus terminal, a travel agency to arrange day trips, restaurants, banks etc. It is excellently well-appointed as a base for exploring this area.

"Lovely, clean apartments, close to the sea front"
We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at Apartments Dub Cavtat, and will definitely stay here again if we return to Cavtat (which is very likely!). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a great little outside area to enjoy evening drinks and each apartment has a balcony. Also, all of the balconies get the sun from mid-afternoon until late evening, which is a real bonus. The sea front, which is home to the beaches, bars and restaurants is about 10 minutes' walk away. There is also a well-stocked supermarket about one minute's walk in the opposite direction.
"Lovely friendly staff in a clean, nice appartment"
Lovely place, gorgeous views and staff that couldn't do enough for us! The apartment was set upon a hill but it's pleasant walk to and from the beach etc and has a supermarket and restaurant close by.
Will definitely return again!
My wife and I had the good fortune to stay in the Apartments Didan for one week, we have just returned and already we have decided we will be returning.
The apartments are on the lower hillside looking over the peninsulas to the town of Cavtat, the view is spectacular.
The owners are very friendly and are more than happy to make you feel at home in the apartments and in Cavtat.
The Apartments are very clean (cleaned daily) and all of the furnishings are of a high standard.
It is only five minutes walk to the small ferry that takes you on the 45 minute boat trip to Dubrovnik, seeing the old city is definitely a must do!
