« L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre ....

« This was a perfectly lovely hotel, well located within Maastricht. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well appointed for my needs. I also appreciated being able to turn on the heating after a long day walking around outside in the cold. The staff was also lovely and kind. »
