The apartment is a two-room unit with a total area of 40 square meters, and it is situated on the first floor. The living/dining room features a comfortable double sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. It has an exit leading to a terrace. Additionally, there is one bedroom equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm and air conditioning, also with an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes fully equipped with various amenities for your convenience and comfort during your vacation. The open kitchen is outfitted with four hot plates, a mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bath and toilet. The apartment also features electric heating, a boiler with a capacity of 150 liters, and air conditioning. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a spacious terrace measuring 20 square meters, which is roofed and faces a south-east position, providing beautiful views of the sea and the port. Outdoor furniture is available for your enjoyment on the terrace. Additionally, a reserved parking space, number 10, is included. It is roofed, fenced, and can accommodate one car with a height of 200 cm and a width of 240 cm. Please note that the apartment is designated as a non-smoking area, and one small pet or dog is allowed. A smoke alarm is also installed for your safety.
