A spacious living room opening onto a covered terrace and a 1500 m² garden with a heated swimming pool and covered pool with shower will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors of this villa.  
On the ground floor, you'll find a separate kitchen with a serving hatch to the living room, two bedrooms with access to the garden, a spa bathroom, and a toilet.  
Upstairs, you'll find a master suite with a bathroom and toilet, and a terrace offering unobstructed views overlooking the Bay of Cavalaire.
