In a green and sunny setting in Cauterets, close to the Lys cable car and the town centre, enjoy this pretty 40m2 duplex apartment with independent access, equipped to comfortably accommodate 5 people.1 double bedroom. 1 closed cabin with 2 bunk beds. 1 living room with fitted kitchen.Balcony with beautiful mountain views, parking space and shared swimming pool accessible during the school holidays in July and August.GROUND FLOOR:- Entrance and ski locker.- Living room with sitting area (sofa bed 140x190, coffee table, TV screen), dining area (table seating 6), fully-equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge-freezer, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine).- Children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x190) and wardrobe.- WCFIRST FLOOR :- Master bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.- An alcove with a single bed (‘cabin’ under the roof, suitable for children)- Bathroom with bath/shower and vanity unit. Hair dryer. Towel dryer.3m2 balcony with lovely mountain views.outside parking space (n°31)Available on site: baby cot (mattress) + baby seat, board games.HOUSEHOLD LINEN AND END-OF-STAY CLEANING :The beds have duvets and pillows.
