Ada du frontdesk a été spécialement aux petits soins pour vérifier que tout se passe au mieux (merci pour les macarons !). L'hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement. Bref je recommande vivement le Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman hôtel ! »

"Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du staff. Il y avait une petite fuite sous l’évier de la salle de bain et comme je suis arrivé tard à Hong Kong et donc à l’hôtel (22h00), lorsqu’ils m’ont proposé de changer de chambre j’ai accepté pour éviter des tracas supplémentaires. Ils m’ont, par ailleurs, upgradé pour pallier au désagrément. La chambre club, très propre, propose un bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon petit déjeuner."
