### Summer Dream by Fidalsa

Beautiful villa with a private pool, consisting of 4 separate buildings within the same plot, located in Catral. It features 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 guest toilets, accommodating up to 18 guests.  
  
Building 1: Main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms, an additional bathroom, and a guest toilet, plus living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room.  
  
Building 2: Located next to the spectacular pool, this building has two guest rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom.  
  
Building 3: The White Building, with the lower level used as a garage, and the upper level consisting of a children’s bedroom for up to 6 guests, a living room with TV, an independent kitchen, and a guest toilet.  
  
Building 4: Large barbecue area next to the pool, with a dining table for 18 guests and a full bathroom.  
  
The villa is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with a total area of 500 m² on a 5,000 m² plot, offering garden and pool views.  
  
Located in a rural setting near all services, with restaurants and cafés just 2 km away.  
Catral is a municipality in the Vega Baja del Segura, in the south of the province of Alicante. It is known for its extensive traditional orchards, agricultural character, and relaxed lifestyle, while being well connected to the rest of the region.  
  
🌱 The Catral Orchards  
— The orchards are the main feature: fields of citrus, vegetables, and traditional crops, organized by historic irrigation channels that are part of the landscape and the town’s identity.  
— The surroundings are flat, open, and green, with rural paths perfect for walking, cycling, or simply enjoying the silence.  
— Many homes are located within the orchard areas, featuring large plots, independent houses, and a strong sense of space and privacy.  
  
MANDATORY CHECK-IN

This place was everything we hoped for in a family vacation. It was clean, well-organized, and the amenities matched the description. The only minor issue was that the pool light did not work at night, but it did not affect our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again in the future.

#### Fab fam holiday

While there were some initial problems these were fixed. We had issues after this but they were solved efficiently and fairly quickly. Communication was good and overall our family had a great time. The pool was fantastic for all of us especially the youngsters they had a ball.

Hi first of all can I say the property itself was lovely. the beds were very comfy along with the pool was very clean. upon looking around the property we started to notice things. The air con above the garage didn't work, which meant to of our children had to sleep on mattresses on floors of their brothers. it took 5 days for the air con to get fixed. But the checks should have been done prior to our arrival. Also the Internet didn't work above the garage in fact there wasn't any. We didn't know how to turn on the lights outside, I asked and Ana said she would get back to me, and let's say I'm still waiting on her to get back to me. Also there was a major issue with wasps. We found and destroyed 4 nests ourselves as they were swarming the BBQ area and pool, resulting in my 16 month old grand daughter getting stung several times. On the second to last night we came home from having tea out and found the kitchen frame on the work top along with the windows smashed and the oven door destroyed. I reported this straight away, Not knowing if someone had broken in, we was very unsettled as we were left to sleep in the property. The next day someone did come and remove the glass and put the window frame back in but didn't block the window so yet again we was left to sleep with the kitchen window with no glass, anyone or anything could of got in. This property wasn't maintained for anyone to stay in. No checks was done on the Air con around the property or the Internet
