« Check-in was smooth and easy. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the wifi but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. The location is excellent, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and breweries. Twin Bears Bakery should not be missed. The parking in the back was very appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We certainly will stay there again. »

« We absolutely loved all the antiques displayed. My friend and I were in our glory looking through the house and all of the antiques. It was a step back in time. We would recommend some nice rockers or good seating for the front porch. We wanted to sit outside and relax when we got there, but it wasn’t really set up on the porch with comfy seating for 4. »

« Great location! My mom and I absolutely loved the General’s Hideaway for our trip to Gettysburg. We even loved the pool table and played a few games. We brought my Mom’s service dog with us and the hosts made sure to include a bed and supplies for him if needed, which was very sweet of them. We brought food to cook during our stay and finding everything in the kitchen was a breeze! We loved the layout. The beds were extremely comfortable as well.
