« The parking was spacious and safe. The staff were excellent. The rooms were of a good size and the bathroom was well fitted. It was a little too warm in the room and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both were far too hard. Whilst it is obvious we were in Spain, in the Hotel the menu in the restaurant was very limited in choice and very Spanish, rather than catering for a more mixed clientele. Though the sirloin steak was very tender and delicious. Already planning to stay again next year. Great...

« Notre court séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était très sympa et bien décoré. Petit kit de nettoyage bien pratique. Il manquerait un ou deux saladiers, sinon il y a ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner rapidement. La piscine est sympa avec vue superbe, mais plutôt petite, moins grandiose que sur les photos. Il faudrait que les utilisateurs se douchent pour enlever leur crème solaire avant de se baigner ! Des transats en plus seraient appréciés. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre. »

« Bien qu'un peu vieillot, l'hôtel est vraiment charmant. En plein centre de Vitoria, il permet de visiter à pieds le centre de la ville, d'accéder aux restos et commerces. La décoration est surprenante, chargée et très kitsch, ce qui donne au lieu une touche spéciale, et agréable. Le personnel est sympathique. Pas de restauration sur place mais il y a ce qu'il faut aux alentours. La literie est bonne, bien que nous ayons eu deux lits séparés au lieu d'un lit double. Il faut toutefois...

"dans l'hôtel on communique sur des ascenseurs plus silencieux quand un bib strident retentit quand vous ouvrez les portes des chambres avec votre carte et même durant la nuit. Du coup réveillé à 1 h puis 2 h et plus par les voisins de couloir ouvrant leur porte et pas discrets de surcroît. De même la lumière du couloir passant sous la porte et des rideaux occultants pas trop efficaces."

"The parking was spacious and safe. The staff were excellent. The rooms were of a good size and the bathroom was well fitted. It was a little too warm in the room and the pillows were uncomfortable. Both were far too hard. Whilst it is obvious we were in Spain, in the Hotel the menu in the restaurant was very limited in choice and very Spanish, rather than catering for a more mixed clientele. Though the sirloin steak was very tender and delicious. Already planning to stay again next year. Great value for money."

"L'hôtel est correct par contre le parking est d'une part très difficile à trouver malgré le petit document remis à l'accueil, le plan devrait comporter l'ensemble des noms de rues et d'autre part le parking est totalement inaccessible à un SUV un peu gros, d'abord il faut rentrer dans un ascenseur, se garer mais surtout il faut pour sortir cette fois rentrer en marche arrière dans l'ascenseur et cela est très très très compliqué il faut faire au moins une vingtaine de manœuvres avant de pouvoir entrer dans l'ascenseur qui est plus que juste. Donc parking exclusivement réservé aux toutes petites voitures et non pas aux voitures de 5.20 m maximum comme le dit l'accueil. De plus rien de très intéressant dans les environs de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est moyen."
