During your stay, we have curated the following for you and your guests to enjoy: \- Decor and features worthy of any design-admirer’s dream, including hand-picked furniture, artwork and statement pieces. \- Full access to the property’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to its outdoor bbq/living/dining patio - all of which feature modern yet cozy touches. \- A shared pool and hot tub (just steps away), with idyllic views of the desert landscape. \- Quick accessibility to everything the greater Palm Springs area has to offer. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME This vacation rental is fully furnished with Smart TVs and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs\`. Kitchen: Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. Located in Desert Princess Country Club this meticulously maintained community boasts an immaculately groomed 27-hole championship golf course framed in the panoramic splendor of the San Jacinto mountain range. The Desert Princess Clubhouse is open to the public, with The Mountain View Grille, Lagos Café, and 35 swimming pools. The recreation and Fitness Center features state-of-the-art fitness and exercise equipment, seven US open tennis courts, basketball, racquetball, ten championship pickle-ball courts, two bocce-ball courts, and a full-service spa with sauna, hot tub and lap pool. There are parking spaces just steps from the front door to the condo. A maximum of 2 cars are allowed. Parking on the street is not allowed. The community has gated security that you will have access to. \- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - \-WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out is not available. Once the unit is ready for check-in, we will let you know. \-WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY? The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. \-DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean may be provided for an additional fee. \-IS THE POOL HEATED PRIVATE? The pool/hot-tub are shared. However, the community has 35 pools for its residents. So you might have it all to yourselves! \-WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. The laundry room is also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Stayed there for 2 weeks and when we arrived at night, all we needed to have was a good night’s sleep and rest, but we couldn’t do that. Had to wash all the stained pillowcases, towels, run the dishes, and wanted to mop the floor but was too tired. Basically, housekeeping didn’t do a good job prior to checking us in. There was dust everywhere, on the front door, the back grass door, and the kitchen window area. There were also spider webs in the master bathroom natural light ceiling and the living room AC vent. We felt it wasn’t cleaned up and wasted time washing towels and pillowcases for both bedrooms and were too tired to inspect further. The host was willing to accommodate and sent the housekeeper the next day, but we felt it should have been cleaned out before we checked in especially after paying a cleaning and wear and tear fee. Although the housekeeper came the next day and cleaned the dust, the water from the hose she used outside ended up leaking into the master bedroom and the mat under the bed got soaked so I had to sleep with a fan running so the mat could dry, worrying about mildew forming. We loved all the renovations! Amazing. The view is stunning. The condo is well equipped. Comfy beds and bedding. Wonderfully decorated. The included TV services (Netflix, etc) were an added bonus.
