Ellen & her husband were helpful when I had questions. We did buy coffee for the unit, toilet paper, paper towels. Filled propane tank, which was empty. Not big deals, just future reference... This one is by far the nicest and updated. Bed is very comfortable and place is nice and clean. New furnishings and updated master bath too. You can't go wrong renting this condo. ##### Linda M.
