Home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed just sitting on the patio, soaking in the sun, with the most beautiful views of the mountains, golf course, pond, fountain and pool. Perfect place to unwind!

This was an amazing place to stay and I was informed all the time about options like turning on the heat for the pool and Hot tub. Plus a 3 ring binder for the unit and for other activities. 100% satisfied!

Property management team quick to handle problems
The Evolve property management team was very helpful when we needed assistance while staying here. I would give them five stars, but I would not choose to stay at this property or refer a friend here. In our experience, the owners use of remote access for features of the house left us feeling surveilled and very uncomfortable. It was something we were acutely aware of our entire stay. We felt as though we had the owner with us in the house during our time here. That aside, I would stay at another property within this community, it was very peaceful and quiet.

Nice lunch at the clubhouse. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Unfortunately, we couldn't spend much time outdoors due to bad air quality.

Great Vacation
We were so impressed with this home. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, great showers and bathrooms. Nice quality washer and dryer. Decor was tastefully done and furniture very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the golfers on Par 3. Bikes were available too. The complex is very safe and easy to get some exercise. We loved it and will be back.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was a great size for cooking, and this place was beyond clean! The location was perfect and close to downtown Palm Springs and it was very quiet. The pool and spa were comfy. Patio furniture was perfect. Overall lovely stay! Would come back again and again!

We enjoyed our much needed vacation here at this beautiful home. We spent most of our time on the patio or in the pool. It was very quiet and private. The house has all the appliances and amenities that anyone would need. Diffently will rent again if available.

Perfect house for two couples!
This house was very clean and the perfect size for two couples. Plenty of room for two couples and the floor plan is perfect with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the view is spectacular. Beds and living space were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful private home
This is my first time booking through Vrbo. The home was perfect for my family of four. My 6 year old twins loved the pool and it’s depth. The home was immaculate clean and had a book with instructions. We enjoyed our time cooking and bbqing. We had many amenities avaible and the owner provided luxury bathroom toiletries. The beds were comfortable with luxury linens. The home was a perfect stay and we got to enjoy the back patio in the morning with a dragon brewed keurig coffees. We will definitely come back. Lots of security outside so we felt safe staying here.

Great getaway
We were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation, and we found them. This property was exactly what we wanted, peaceful, safe, clean and full of amenities. We had a great time at the pool, barbecuing and enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets from the garden. Winston was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Stay
This is a wonderful place to stay. From the moment we stepped into the house and out onto the patio it was like heaven. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is perfect for lounging on a pool toy or swimming a few laps. We used the pool every day and the hot tub every night. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. This is the perfect house for a trip to Cathedral City and Palm Springs.

Our family of five (kids aged 12, 8, and 5) loved our Thanksgiving week stay at this property. The kids were in the hot tub or pool every morning before breakfast and all day long. We all enjoyed the quiet beauty of the golf course setting, and gorgeous views of the mountains. The house was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Well situated for easy drives to lunch and dinner reservations in Palm Springs, the Zoo, Aerial Tram, etc..

Weekend getaway from LA
The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert on Saturday night. While the concert was great, the time we spent at this property was the highlight of our weekend. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the fairway, mountains and desert sunset. The kitchen was fully appointed. The beds were comfortable. This property provided a wonderful respite from our city lives.

My friend and I were on a girl’s weekend for her 55th birthday, and wanted a nice and relaxing, but fun environment. The house was absolutely lovely and the patio was a nice place to hangout with a glass of wine while soaking up the sun. The house is perfectly located and easy to get to Palm Springs and La Quinta.

We are a family of four and had the BEST time here. The house exceeded our expectations. The outdoor patio/BBQ set-up was perfect with amazing views, 24/7 private pool swimming, and ease in accessibility to take the golf cart out for a spin with the kids or hop on the course for a quick round or to hit a bucket of balls. The owner is super responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a great stay.

One of the Absolute Best!!
We've stayed in VRBOs from Antigua to Hawaii and this is one of the absolute best. Not only is the location fabulous, and the unit one of the best we saw on the entire grounds, the owner has truly thought of everything to make the stay effortless and enjoyable. The view is terrific (we called it the "screen saver"), the pool and hottub are great, there is actually very little traffic on the golf course, and it is extremely quiet. Inside the tvs are huge and sharp, the kitchen very well appointed, the furniture thoughtful and comfortable - including the beds. They owners really thought of everything. And, the owners were always there to answer our questions at anytime. You also get great discounts on golf and there is free tennis and use of the pools. This place is a deal.

AWESOME HOUSE!
The house was beautiful and comfortable. It is in a gated/guarded golf community. We spent 3 out of 5 days just hanging at the house. Easy assess to many things in Palm Springs but still tucked away for quiteness. The grounds are gorgeous. We loved sitting out on the back porch drinking our coffee in the morning waving at the golfers playing and zipping around on their little golf carts. It's the kind of property I would love to own if I could afford it for more than 5 days. Comfy beds. Great kitchen! An awesome zoo closeby. Easy access and the safety of security making rounds. Clean and secure, This house is awesome!

My family had a great time staying in this vacation home. This house was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We loved soaking up some sun and cooling off in the pool! This house is roomy and open with a great kitchen. The pool is not large but has lovely view out to water on the golf course and the mountains beyond. Lovely sunset views from the kitchen, living room and patio. It was so perfect to sit outside in the spa and watch the sunset and the light in sky change from orange to purples.
