« Really makes this hotel nice is that it’s in the middle of downtown St. Croix. It’s near the water taxi. It’s near the restaurants. It’s very close to everything so it’s location location location. Now some of the issues I had with the hotel… that it is supposed to have been remodeled it still looks quite aged. Also, the pool is small. The associates I wouldn’t say they were friendly. They weren’t mean, but they wasn’t overly friendly either they were there to answer your questions but that’s...

« The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. « J'ai aimé la plage et la mer. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins et répond aux questions posées. Je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont le transport de l'hôtel vers les différents points d'attraction se fait. Si tu n'as pas de voiture il faut négocier le prix du transport avec les chauffeurs de taxi. Les prix peuvent être exagérés si tu n'as pas d'idée. Ce n'est pas réglementé et il faut payer cash . »

« Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our...
