Rooms are very spacious with an average size of 30/36 square meters.
Tastefully and elegantly furnished in a modern style, it features two master bedrooms with double beds, one additional bedroom with a double sofa bed, two spacious bathrooms, and two living areas (each equipped with a kitchen and a double sofa bed) offering every modern comfort. All rooms are very large and feature air conditioning and new, soundproof windows, with balconies overlooking the main street, plus an ample terrace ideal for having a breakfast or an aperitif. Each room has a television which is set up for free streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, TIMvision, and Disney, ensuring enjoyable viewing for younger guests as well. The kitchens are fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, espresso and drip coffee makers, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, the living areas include a spacious dining table and a sound system that allows music playback via USB drive or Wi-Fi from a mobile phone.
The two spacious, elegant bathrooms each feature a large shower and a baby changing station; a hairdryer is also provided for guests. Moreover, there is a dedicated laundry area for the washing machine.

Located at the second floor of an historic building from the Eighteenth century, the apartment offers a splendid view of Via Vittorio Emanuele II, at 5 minutes walking distance from Piazza Duomo, allowing the guests the possibility to easily reach on foot the main historic areas of the town, such as via Etnea with its bars and shops, the characteristic fish market, the nightlife venues, as much as the main churches in baroque style of via Vittorio Emanuele II and Via Crociferi.
Furthermore, the apartment is an ideal base to visit both the sea and the volcano (Etna), being located a few steps away from the port and from the characteristic sandy beach named "Playa", as much as from the coastline of "lungomare" with its typical volcanic rocks, and a few minutes drive from the famous villages of Aci Castello ed Aci Trezza, up to the Timpa of Acireale. Moreover, being very close to one of the main entrances to the town, it allows to easily reach the freeway for travelling to Taormina, Siracusa and Agrigento.
Lastly, for those who come from the airport, there is a bus stop right outside of the apartment where the Alibus may leave the guests (the Alibus is the direct bus from the airport to downtown). The train and bus station are both at only 5 minutes walking distance allowing for an easy access to the metro.
