Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a garden overlooking the sea, with a splendid view and private access to the sea on a platform shared with the neighbors. In the area you can find free or paid street parking in the surrounding streets. The building is equipped with a video surveillance system. Internally the apartment is organized as follows: \-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A / C, chest of drawers. \-BEDROOM 2: double bed, split A / C, wardrobe. \-BEDROOM 3: two single beds, split A / C, wardrobe. \-LIVING AREA: split A / C, two sofas, piano, TV, fireplace, access to the garden. \- KITCHENETTE: 5 burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, dining table, toaster, coffee machine and mocha coffee maker. \-BAGNO1: shower, bidet, toilet. \-BAGNO2: bathtub, double sink, bidet, toilet. \-GARDEN: gazebo, dining table and outdoor chairs, two deck chairs for sunbathing. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer. If you travel with small children, pay attention to access to the sea. PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to park on the patio, an area reserved only for residents. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival. The apartment is located halfway between the center of Catania and Aci Castello, in an ideal position both to visit the historic center of the city (staying out of the chaos) and to enjoy the coast north of the city, with the possibility of easily reaching beaches and solarium in the area. Nearby we recommend you to visit the Castle of Aci (5 km) and the renowned Riviera dei Ciclopi (6.5 km). This small archipelago takes its name from a legend, according to which the stacks and other rocks located in front of Aci Trezza are the stones thrown by the cyclops Polyphemus against Ulysses on the run, as narrated in Homer's Odyssey. \[ Moving towards the center of Catania, 15 minutes away by car, you can visit some of the main points of interest in the city and the entire region. Do not miss the Piazza del Duomo in Catania, the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the Popular Markets, the Massimo Vincenzo Bellini Theater and the Benedictine Monastery. In about 40 minutes by car you can reach the base of Etna where you can participate in guided tours and excursions on the volcano. \-From Catania Fontanarossa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Alibus service and the public transport line 534, with exchange in Central Station. The closest stop to the apartment is "Via Aci Castello 38, a 2-minute walk from the property. \-From Catania Central Station, you can reach the apartment with the public transport line 534 with stop "Via Aci Castello 38, 2 minutes walk from the property. For an optimal stay and to fully enjoy the cultural, architectural and gastronomic wonders of Catania and the whole of Sicily, we recommend traveling by car. In the area there is the possibility to find street parking, for a fee or for free (blue or white stripes). A member of our Catania team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions.
