Great and central location for exploring Catania! Easy checkin process and staff (Giovanni and Valeria) are pros at making me feel welcome and at helping me find great places to eat and to do in the area. Rooms were immaculately clean. I would stay here again!

Dramatic and comfortable

Incredible entry late at night. Very Bond in Cuba. Spooky great worn arches and giant doors with3 separate entry systems to work through. Finally revealing gorgeous stairwell opening into lovely modern renovation. Glamorous well equipped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful too . Loved it

We booked a balcony room, the “balcony” was barely bigger than the size of my foot, not worth the upgrade at all. The room was clean and got cleaned daily. A little sketchy checking in as you need to go through 3 locked doors (unlocked with a key fob) an elevator with a key code, and then a normal key to get into your room. Much, much different than a hotel. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and nice and the owner did give us some really good recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

Neue Zimmer in altem Palazzoambiente

Checkt man nach 19 Uhr ein, lassen sich die Zugänge mit den über e-mail erhaltenen Codes öffnen. Über Innenhof und Lift gelangt man in den obersten Stock, wo sich die Rezeption und die 6 total renovierten Zimmer befinden: modern, komfortabel, ruhig! Habe den Aufenthalt und die Gegensätze sehr genossen.

Wonderful stay in very clean and stylish, brand new and young B&B suites, complemented by a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere by the hosts and personnel. Very close to the city center of Catania, surrounded by lots of possible visit places. The suite was in perfect condition, very brightfully decorated enabling very welcome balance between work and relaxing during a work related stay. Breakfast was very healthy and wealthy, very cosy and friendly with other international guests... I am convinced I discovered a new "perla di Catania"!

B&B excelente. Personal súper amable, desayuno bueno, con fiambre, pastelería y fruta. Se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero disponen de un montacargas para las maletas. No es hotel por lo que no dispone de esos servicios. Recomendable y muy céntrico

Clean, comfortable and very convenient

We stayed at Palazzo Sisto for the final two days of our holiday in Sicily. As the name suggests the accommodation is contained within part of a former Palazzo, very conveniently located in the centre of Catania. Palazzo Sisto is on the top floor and accessed via numerous flights of a grand marble staircase, whilst your luggage is hoisted from the courtyard below. We were met by a vivacious receptionist who was very helpful. The rooms are modern, well equipped and immaculately presented. Parking is a bit of an issue. For security reasons we elected to use the secure parking recommended at 15 euro per night. On reflection it would have been better to return the car to the airport two days earlier. Breakfast is from 8:30 until 10:00 with a very good selection of sweet and savoury choices. There was no breakfast provided on the second day as we needed to leave by 07:30 to retrieve the car, load the luggage and fill up with fuel before arriving at the airport. We were unable to use vouchers provided for a local cafe as this would have required an even earlier start. The food at the nearby restaurant Trattoria Giglio Rosso was excellent, the house wine probably best avoided. Overall we would highly recommend Palazzo Sisto, although we should have clarified the parking situation before we booked.

Beautiful but high floor with no elevator

It was sparkling clean, everything looks new. Great fresh breakfast. The only downside is the high floor with no elevator.
