By choosing this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to all major attractions. The open space loft with mezzanine has been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort, including all essential appliances. The location is ideal for getting around easily: the metro is only 100 metres away and public services are nearby. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The apartment is perfect for both couples and families and is an ideal solution for those who want to go to the sea, the mountains, or stay in the city centre. You will find bed linen and everything needed for the kitchen and bathrooms. The environment is clean and newly renovated. On the ground floor there is an open space with living area, sofa and TV, dining area, and a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen is very functional and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, and fridge. On the mezzanine there is the bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as a private bathroom without a shower. A second full bathroom is on the lower floor. The area is very quiet and you can reach the city centre on foot in twenty minutes or in two minutes by metro. The entire apartment is at your disposal.
