We remind you that our activity be a B&B and no hotel, this reason not to have 24h reception rather I expect a thank you, regarding our email sent the day before to know arrival time and avoid waiting for us for your check-in. If you need a 24h reception next time we advise you to book hotel no B&B. My other disagreement be what a palace to be ancient and the feeling that I perceive guest that is not pleasant, but as soon as you enter the apartment everything changes positively because our B&B is very nice, (but unfortunately many people judge appearance external and not interior ..). My other disagreement being the parking that you complain ... and exactly our B&B is located in the historic center (so in the meantime a great fortune that you get under B& by car why not ZTL), but as written in Orbitz the parking is free public but if you do not find free public parking be able to park in blue line for a fee. There is no free parking in the historical center in all the city of Europe and in other large cities of the world. Unfortunately I have to replicate its review, stating that while our check-out be at 10:30am (as can be read in Expedia information), we have beam deposit for our customers but if you do not ask, we do not know if you have need to deposit luggage, the floor of our B&B always be cleaned every day, to be an ancient floor of 100 years and the impression being aged the carpet is located at the hotel not B&B, among other things be unhygienic is definitely dirty walking barefoot. Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Buchung, wir müssen Ihnen widersprechen, dass unser B&B inzwischen keine 24-Stunden-Rezeption hat, morgens sind wir bis 14.00 Uhr im B&B und ab 14.00 Uhr erfolgt der Self-Check-in Ort. Sie kamen am Abend um 22:00 Uhr an, daher haben wir Ihnen die einzugebenden Informationen mit Code und Beschreibung für die Belegung des Zimmers mitgeteilt (wird von allen Gästen begrüßt). Was die Betten angeht, haben Sie in Ihrer Reservierung ein Doppelbett und nicht zwei getrennte Betten gewünscht (Schauen Sie sich Ihre Reservierung an und Sie werden es sich noch einmal überlegen). Bei der nächsten Buchung müssen Sie also auf die Zimmerauswahl achten. Das Zimmer hat kein zugemauertes Fenster, aber es blickt auf eine kleine Terrasse (wie Sie erwähnt haben). Sonst wäre es nicht möglich gewesen, auf die Terrasse zu gehen, um das Zimmer zu lüften, also sagen Sie die Wahrheit. Was den Frühstücksbereich betrifft, so serviert unser B&B kein Frühstück. Lembre-se também de que em edifícios antigos não há possibilidade de inserir um elevador. Além disso as recorrências que você reservou em B&B e não em hotel acho que como B&B, nosso café da manhã não é fácil, porque servimos café da manhã, croissants quentes, 2 tipos de bolos caseiros, iogurte, geléia, mel, manteiga, pão fatiado integral, pão de trigo duro fatiado, pão de 5 grãos, pão fresco do dia, frutas locais da Sicília, ovos, presunto, salame, queijo emmental, queijo cheddar, café expresso, café expresso, café americano, café de cevada, 10 chá de qualidade, etc etc. portanto acho que é ela quem reclama e não apreciou nosso café da manhã ou teve que reservar em um hotel com preços muito mais do que aquilo que ela pagou no meu B&B. Uma última observação a dizer.. além do quarto (com banheiro privativo, ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, cofre, frigobar, wi-fi gratuito e serviço de reserva de táxi) que ela ocupou e o delicioso café da manhã que servimos, que outro serviço você espera de um B&B ????
