### La Dimora di Ulisse PP

Detached apartment situated close the center of Santa Maria di Leuca.  
The accommodation is located in a residential area of ​​Leuca, in an excellent position overlooking the Leuca promotory and just 8 minutes on foot from the historic center of Leuca and its beautiful sea.  
The house has a reserved parking space in front of the house. Entrance into the front courtyard shared with a second accommodation on the lower floor.  
The entrance is on the ground floor (there are only 3 entrance steps) as we are in an area with terraced land and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on the rear side.  
Internally the house is composed as follows: entrance onto the living room, first bathroom on the right, kitchen with sofa bed for one person and small terrace overlooking the sea.  
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a French bed, a second bathroom and a further small terrace with a panoramic view.  
  
The accommodation has convenient free parking in front of the house.  
Center of the town and sea about 600 meters away. The area is truly quiet and private, ideal for a relaxing stay and a short walk from the centre.  
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.  
Bathroom and bed linen for hire and on request, weekly cost.  
Pets allowed only on request and with a surcharge to be paid on site.
