Everyone was wonderfull! The staff is friendly and courteous. The property is fabulous and you can visit the other two properties on the island as well. The "Grand" is fantastic as well... we stayed at La Toc due to the golf course. We especially enjoyed the couples massage. It was situated by the ocean and was truly a memorable experience. The staff at the spa was awesome! The entire experience was incredilble. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Really nice bed-and-breakfast. Small but beautifully landscaped located on a very steep hill. The staff are absolutely wonderful from the ladies at the front to Jason the handyman to Tony the eve security guard. The rooms are immaculate and have wonderful paintings and local artwork. We did have a problem with the refrigerator and the temperature of the water which forced us to move rooms. Breakfast was served daily. Many of the dishes were quite good and traditional to St. Lucia. Some of the dishes were not served at the proper temperature. Sometimes things were served burnt like the bread and there was very little fruit offered. On a positive note, I traveled with my six-year-old daughter and they were very accommodating making her deliciously sweet pancakes. The views are breathtaking. You will absolutely 100% need a car for travel if you stay at this bed-and-breakfast. The hotel is approximately two hours away from the main airport in Vieux Fort. There is an airport five minutes away but it's strictly for helicopters and small planes traveling between the islands. None of the major carriers can land there. The pool is very small and roughly 5 feet deep but very well-maintained. Cleaning service is offered every three days. I would recommend that they offer brooms and dust pans to do your own tidying especially for coming in from the beach. All and all for first time it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean with a nice view of the dock.
The only downside was the wifi. The strength was poor in my room.
But other than that I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. We are able to visit the other sandals resorts in our visit and were accommodated in the spa to shower and change for dinner; so we didn't have to go back and forth.
This is the place to stay if you want quiet generally and still have the option to visit the other resorts as it is right between them; 15 minutes either direction to the next sandals.
This hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were very large. The balcony was my favorite part and that is were I was most of our vacation. It was so relaxing. The beach was just a few steps away from our room and they have 2 small pools which were very nice as well. We walked to the grocery store a few times for food items since it is very pricy to take a cab anywhere to eat. Also there is a great restaurant next door, The Wharf, that we would order our food to go and take it to our balcony to eat. Also the internet was free and worked great.
Very helpful and friendly staff. We were offered a ride to the airport at 6 am!
Good views from the veranda.
Small beach good for snorkeling.
Only the kitchinette in the lounge was not use able because it was full of dirty dishes.
Upon my arrival , I was greeted with warmth and friendliness.
The owner was most facilitating. He generously drove me to the supermarket so that I could obtain groceries for my stay. He waited until I completed my shopping and then brought me back. Then when I was leaving, he drove me to the airport in time to catch my flight.
