Firstly the staff were so great. Almost everyone who worked there asked me if wi as happy and said hello when I walked by them. Food was good, way better than Mexico 5 star but not as good as a cruise. I would have liked to have more snack food available after 9:30pm. Not really anything but some late night pub food. Room and beds were comfy. I loved the in the loop, which meant you could send them a message online and they responded and completed your request within 15 minutes. Need more soda or your room cleaned, done! I really liked that option. Evening entertainment was kinda the same every night but not important to us. Breathtaking views all over the resort and we would recommend this resort to anyone.

This place was very cozy. The staff were all polite and the place was fantastic. I stayed here for 4 days and every day the service was good. Our room was nice and the pictures seen on Expedia are true of how it actually it is. I'd go again...and again.
When we arrived at Rendezvous the first impression was not stellar but as soon as friendly staff found us, it was 9 days of total bliss. What puts Rendezvous experience into luxury category is the sophistication of how all the staff members treat guests, the constant offerings of things to do, impeccably maintained gardens, and yes, the gorgeous beach. From cold towels handed at the beach, daily champagne hour with live piano at the Champagne Bar, top shelf drinks brought to your beach chair just the way you ordered them, through fabulous spa treatments (tried them all), variety of water sports (sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, water skiing and more) and evening entertainment - it is a truly wonderful resort focused on quality.
As much as we enjoyed the ambiance of all meals, the dinners were far from gourmet. Morning buffet breakfast and lunch, with daily changing menu, was very good. Dinners left us always wishing for better quality. We found Trysting Place to be stuffy and the food unimaginative. The Terrace dinners were actually better but mostly because the ambiance and availability of decent wine made the mediocre food forgivable. After a few days we left the resort to have dinners elsewhere, but other than the deficiency in culinary excellence the resort delivered a plush, private, pampered experience. We definitely recommend it.
Our experience (family of four, kids 11 and 8 years old) at Villa Beach Cottages was superb. Starting from the introduction to everything St. Lucia has to offer, as well as a brief history of the property and the island in general, provided by Colin, to friendly and accommodating staff, clean, well maintained facilities and the wonderful beach, I can truly say the two weeks spent in Villa Beach Cottages will be in our memory for a long, long time.
Stayed two nights in front apartment overlooking harbour. Fantastic view. Amazing value. Cletus was helpful and very pleasant. Excellent position for ferry and not too far to walk into town. The locals were very friendly.
No name on hotel but is easily identified by photo. The climb is steep if arriving on foot, best to take right hand route which is slightly furthur but a little less steep.
