"An affordable en-suite room in a good location, sorted me out when I missed the ferry! Good food (especially the breakfast), friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, decent shower. Easy parking just opposite. My only criticism is that the section of the building I was in had *really* loud plumbing. If somebody nearby uses the tap, or flushes the loo, you know about it, and I can see this being a problem for light sleepers. I'd come back here again."

We had to pay an unexpected £48 for breakfast when we arrived and then received a bill for dinner two days earlier. This was no question dishonesty; it was poor organisation. Breakfast was a disappointment. They boasted about the quality of their breakfast, but it was dried out from being "kept warm". On the other hand, my wife asked for a smaller main course at dinner, and they charged half price. Parking. It was available, and they had electric charging points. We didn't use them because we didn't bring our EV, but we appreciated that they were there."
