« The room was paid for before check in thru Expedia. When I checked out, I was asked to pay again but the clerk explained that he couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked thru a third party. This seemed odd to me but my ride was waiting so I left. Upon my return home, I realized that it was paid for twice. Since I have no reciept, I have no proof. Terrible way to conduct business »

« I've stay at this place evey yr for 9 yrs . The only issues we're the elevator wasn't working, and the vending machines didn't work. Other than that I had a great stay and will stay there again »

« Odeur de clope nauséabonde, plein de trous de clopes dans les draps. La chambre était très sale, la salle de bain était inondée (énorme flaque d’eau de plusieurs centimètres qui recouvrait la quasi totalité de la salle de bain). Par ailleurs, impossible de charger une page avec la wifi. »

« Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else. »

« La première chambre qui nous à été assignée était sal. Une odeur d'humidité régnait. Aucun abat-jour sur les lampes, climatiseur très bruyant et désuet, douche/bain tellement usé que l'émail était rendu mat, toilette qui coule et la cerise sur le sundae, un mille patte mort sur le plancher. Il y avait aussi une forte odeur de cannabis dans le corridor du rez-de-chaussé. Ils nous ont bien-sûr changer de chambre mais la 2e n'était pas mieux. On as même trouver une coquerelle morte sur le carrelage...

« Room was nice and clean, staff was kind, breakfast was nice, parking was well lit and secure, didn’t get to use the pool but all in all a good night! »

« Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. »

« The room was cute with a view if the city! It was cozy for my husband and I and pur 2 children. The kids loved the pool! It was a little cold being that it was a inside pool but we managed! »

« Overall cleanliness was not great. Rooms and lobby and pool do not match pictures online - worse condition. Pool was closed. »

« Loved the quality Dove soaps and lotions provided, especially the real hand soap by the sinks instead of a bar. Breakfast was nice. Pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was limited seating during the busy breakfast time made it difficult to get a table. »
