"This place and the surrounding area are amazing in my opinion. I learned the hard way, but you deff need a car in this area. The towns all around are cute and have a nice old school charm. And Lismore castle and gardens are amazing. Just wish the lord and lady would allow tours of the castle."

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the booking to the checkout, it was perfect! Robert was so easy to work with and very responsive to every inquiry. When we arrived, there was a gorgeous welcome basket and very nice note. The space was perfect for the nine of us, so comfortable in every way. Having three full baths was especially nice. "There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot."

"The house was beautiful, comfortable, and really well laid out. The internet/wifi was fast enough for streaming movies (just barely, but it was). We were grateful for the separate clothes washer and tumble dryer. Since we stayed for a month, Sarah included a weekly cleaning service, which was also very much appreciated. And of course, the nearby pub! We hope to stay here again in the future, and we recommend this home without hesitation."
