Checkin was easy with the door lock system. The garden was beautiful and Pool was excellent and able to be cleaned during our stay (thankyou), House was beautiful as expected, the living areas and 2 of the bedrooms were a bit small but are things that cannot be changed. However, the ensuite toilet requires attention as it does not stop running and we had to continually turn the water cystern tap off after each flush. The ensuite basin takes forever to drain which desperately needs attention. The toilet seat in the bathroom is very l oise to almost falling off. We had a party of 12 and four were in their late 60's so getting down the stairs to the pool was very difficult as there were no hand rails on the stairs from the outside patio to the pool, as well no hand rail to help you into the pool as well the BBQ was left dirty. We had a problem trying to get the outside fridge working I rang Donna, I was very impressed with the quick service we received. We had to go shopping and Not only was the fridge on and working when we got back it was packed with our drinks.as well. ##### Frances H.
