When I arrived, the television did not work it took a little bit for the manager to come to figure it out and when I was leaving it still didn't work it only worked for a short period of time. Also, I was supposed to have breakfast at 7 AM today I was checking out and I got down at 7:12 and they weren't set up yet. . Hotel it was all bit noisy with all the children. They have people staying there that are not official guest, which makes it a little bit challenging. The fitness center is great, but it's also open to the public keep in mind the room they gave me was facing the street. It was Not noisy, the beds were comfortable room was clean staff at the front desk were helpful and at the restaurant even more on top of it. Very convenient location and easy Parking . Also, you could walk everywhere. I want to check in and leave the car back at the hotel.

Nice hotel, 2nd time here, would happily stay again. Very comfortable bed, spacious and quiet room, nice shower room. Room was a bit cold, even with radiator set to max. No individual room temperature control.

Amenities within the hotel very good however room felt dated (Room 15) - Arrived to lack of a single bed which was quickly resolved by the staff. Major problem with our stay was due to noise from corridors and a-joining rooms disturbing our sleep - group of teenagers who were happy to roam the corridors and knock on doors disturbing everybody was not dealt with by hotel team even though corridor was adjacent to reception. Felt like a date yet expensive Travelodge.

A very enjoyable night
Stayed here for one night when we climbed Croagh Patrick. Beautiful evening meal & breakfast - tasty, delicious. Swam in pool, sauna & steam room 👍. We walked into town that evening - 7 mins. Enjoyed our stay 10/10👌

Nice hotel with plenty of shops and pubs etc in walking distance. Staff were all polite and helpful. Large free car park and easy access to main roads. There was no in room fridge which would have been helpful. The only negative was the room service. The towels were swapped but not much else. Toilet roll and coffee not replaced. Used glasses left and not replaced, surfaces not wiped clean. On the whole an enjoyable stay and I would recommend.

Confirmed by phone & email that we had a king bed in both rooms. Got to the room & it was a Queen bed. Front desk did not know anything. Very disappointed.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Good food and great breakfast. Not cheap but nothing is these days so it was reasonable value for money. Very well located for travelling around the west of Ireland. Would definitely stay again.

Community Dance in Hotel on Sunday evening and all seats in lounge and restaurant had been reserved for dance patrons ,which meant myself and partner couldn't get to sit in bar or could not get a meal in restaurant I think that the hotel may need to review this policy if the want returning custom . I noted that some of the dance patrons were very rude to hotel residents, by taking their seats when the got up without even being polite enough to ask I have never before seen such rudeness especially in a rural area . Otherwise Hotel lovely ,comfortable and staff very nice . cant comment about food as could get a table

Regarding kids running around - we do ask guests to keep in mind we are a four star hotel and ask them to keep their children under control, but sometimes this doesn't happen. I had a really nice stay at the McWilliam Park Hotel. Overall the service was really good, the food was lovely and the hotel was very clean. One grumpy bar man on the Saturday night might learn how to smile and give change back to the customer who paid for the drinks!

We haved stayed in McWilliams Park Hotel many times during music weekends, decided to do the executive room this time as no music. In my opinion compared to other hotels these are not executive rooms. I dont think they are much bigger than the normal rooms just an extra couch and bigger tv. Tea and coffee facility and not even a biscuit. No slippers provided. I expected a bit of luxury for the price. Wouldnt book an executive room again. Food was lovely as usual. Would stay here again just booking normal room.
