Villa Rocchetta is a rare retreat: a private oasis nestled in the Roccamare pine forest, where the greenery smells of the sea and the silence is broken only by the wind rustling through the pines. We are in one of the most exclusive enclaves on the Tuscan coast, with controlled access, a fully fenced and guarded park, and a Blue Flag beach that keeps a simple and powerful promise: clean water, white sand, true quality.  
The villa is located within a well-kept, fully fenced garden with a lawn, Mediterranean plants, and trees that create natural shade during the brightest hours of the day. The property is separated by a tall hedge, designed to ensure total privacy: here you can truly live “in your own home,” without prying eyes or interference. In front of the entrance, a large paved area becomes the outdoor heart of the day: a lounge for aperitifs, a dining table for leisurely dinners under the Maremma sky, deckchairs and green corners where you can read or let your children play safely.  
The sea is close, very close: about 400 meters away is the white beach, one of the most beautiful in Tuscany. Access is restricted to villa owners and guests only: this means no crowds, no chaos, no “beach day.” Just your own stretch of coastline, with a private hut/changing room that completes the experience with discretion and practicality. And when you want to stay “at home,” the villa also offers a 100 m² private swimming pool (depth 1.45 m): large, scenic, perfect for real swimming, for children under supervision, or for a day of pure relaxation.  
The interiors (approximately 240 square meters) are on one level: absolute comfort, especially for families with children and for those who love life without stairs and complications. Villa Rocchetta accommodates up to 14 people, with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower and three with shower). The living area is bright and airy, with large windows opening onto the garden: comfortable sofas for endless chats, a TV for quiet moments, and an elegant glass dining table for 10 people. The kitchen, vibrant in its Mediterranean yellow, is functional and well-equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator): everything you need to live independently in the villa or to welcome a private chef.  
The sleeping area is designed to offer flexibility: double and multiple bedrooms, ideal for groups of friends or families traveling together, with the freedom to arrange the beds as desired. All rooms are air-conditioned, a detail that in the height of summer makes the difference between a “nice vacation” and a “perfect vacation.” Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and in the garden. Children are welcome; pets are allowed on request, so as to maintain clear standards and rules for everyone.  
Outside the villa, the Maremma is a whole world unto itself. Roccamare is just a few minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia, an elegant and lively seaside village with restaurants, a harbor, ice cream parlors, and evenings on the promenade. Nearby are iconic locations such as Punta Ala, Follonica, Marina di Grosseto, and Principina, each with a different rhythm, from discreet glamour to a “family” seaside atmosphere. For those who love culture and history: Vetulonia (15.5 miles) and Roselle (20 miles) tell the story of Etruria; Massa Marittima (26 miles) is a medieval gem; San Galgano (45 miles) offers its roofless abbey and the legendary “sword in the stone.” For nature and birdwatching, Diaccia Botrona (7 km) is one of Italy's most important wetlands; the Maremma Park (43 km) is a wild paradise of pine forests, dunes, and wildlife; the coastal parks of Sterpaia (34 km) and Rimigliano (50 km) offer crystal clear water and unspoiled landscapes. And for those seeking wellness: Venturina, Calidario, Saturnia, and Sorano are perfect spa destinations for a “spa & wine” excursion.
