"Alma" is a 3-room house located on the ground floor, covering an area of 65 square meters. It has been fully renovated in 2021 and boasts comfortable and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, with an exit to the terrace. The house features two double bedrooms, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace as well. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house features gas heating, air-conditioning, and forced-air heating. The terrace is roofed, and there is a garden with terrace furniture and deck chairs provided. In terms of facilities, there is a washing machine (extra), mosquito nets, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Only non-smokers are allowed in the house, and one pet/dog is permitted. The house has a private entrance.
