The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, but its highlight is a **panoramic roof terrace** of more than 100 square meters, with a view over the sea and the Castle of **Castiglione della Pescaia**. The 115 sqm apartment lies on the second floor and consists of a large living room with balcony, three bedrooms (one double room with balcony and two bedrooms with two single beds) and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. On the same floor there is also the kitchen, the dining area and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the **large exclusive terrace** (105 sqm), the highlight that characterizes and distinguishes this apartment from all those around it. From here you can enjoy absolute privacy and, at the same time, have a breathtaking view. The terrace is equipped with a 'gazebo' for the shade, a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and two deckchairs for sunbathing. This terrace in the summer becomes the outdoor living room of the house. This apartment is suitable for all guests looking for a holiday home in a **privileged position**, a stone's throw from the sea, but who do not disdain to enjoy the sun in the privacy of a large and well-equipped terrace with sea view, far from the crowds. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and to the roof top terrace.
