The cleaner was really friendly and did a great job in the room. Was provided with water which could be filled when needed. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. It is also located in an ideal area with olenty of bars and restaurants around"

Breakfast is an ample buffet with a good choice and the new town location is leafy and peaceful. If you need secure parking, a small fee gets you a gated space behind the building. Best of all, owner Fernando is a charming host who is happy to suggest itineraries, places to eat and lovely walks in and around Cagliari. "

"I thought i was lost because the front of the bldg was not as advertised. But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie. A mini or smart car) which would have been a nightmare in citt parallel parking. The place was clean and in a great location near old town."

"I made a mistake in my first review saying there were extra charges. I misunderstood this was a tax I had to pay not an extra charge. The room was huge, really spacious with surrounding areas (own entrance, front door, marble stairs up, landing area with sofa, bathroom) making it more like a flat. The style old, authentic Italian. My only problem was noise in the surrounding area at night but this is being sorted as I write. The owners were not aware as they do not live in the hotel.Very...
