Old, small apartment house. In the centre of Caldè, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 120 m from the lake, in a pedestrian area. For shared use: patio, garden furniture. Motor access to 80 m from the house. Public parking 250 m. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar, café 120 m, bus stop 1 km, shingle beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Laveno 6 km. Hiking paths: San Michele 10 km. Please note: car recommended.  
"Bordeaux", 1-room studio 30 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: office with 1 double sofabed (160 cm). Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, kettle, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC.
