The 48 m² apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, and a safe. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The sauna is accessible to guests only during the winter months (December to March) and is available for an extra fee. From the south-facing balcony, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. The apartment is the ideal starting point for both long and short hikes in the area. The Seiser Alm cable car is just a 10-minute walk (650 m) away, taking you up to Europe’s largest alpine pasture in summer. Sep 14, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schöne FeWo mit Bergblick Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, umgeben von einem schönen Garten mit Berg- und Talblick und einer Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Die gepflegte Wohnung war liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet und der überdachte Balkon schön bepflanzt. Die bestellten Frühstücksbrötchen hingen jeden Morgen an der Haustüre. Für den Aufenthalt bekommt man die Südtirol-Gästekarte ausgehändigt, mit welcher man kostenlos den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und teilweise auch Bergbahnen nutzen konnte. Die Bergbahn zur Seiser Alm war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese war allerdings kostenpflichtig. Es waren wunderschöne Urlaubstage und wir bedanken uns, insbesondere bei Carmen Fill, für die tollen Tipps zum Wandern und Einkehren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ##### W.
