### Experia Golf Loft - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

A green lung on Lake Garda. For golf lovers or not, this apartment is located in the middle of the golf courses of the Paradiso Resort. In the Experia district of the resort, right on the highest hill, you will find the residence with swimming pool. The apartment, located on the first floor, has a view of the pool from the private, furnished terrace. It is an apartment on two floors, attic, with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms that have a shower box and a bathtub. Equipped kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Free and free parking, plus covered garage. The location of the resort is perfect for visiting the most famous places on Lake Garda, the most important theme parks that are just a few kilometers away, the Mantuan cycle path that leads to Borghetto sul Mincio.   
  
 Pets will be accepted only upon request at the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.   
 Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals.   
To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.   
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.   
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.   
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.
