"This hotel is in a convenient spot close to San Marco and many dining options. Desk staff were all very helpful and even gave us breakfast to go because we had to check out early the next morning. I would definitely stay here again. There are no elevators available and all rooms are either on the 2on and 3rd floors."

Very close to water transportation so not a long walk with suitcases, quiet street and yet just a few steps to all you want to see in Venice. The staff were all friendly and helpful and there was a very good breakfast to get your day started. We were especially pleased with the spacious room assigned to us. "We were given a room that had a small staircase leading up to the bed, which gave us space to leave our suitcase in the landing, keeping the bed area clutter free. we had three windows that let a lot of light in. this is rare in Venice!! the bed was good and firm, bathroom was clean. would stay here again!"
