For shared use: property. 100 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 6 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Taggia" 6 km, sandy beach 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 300 m, cycle lane 5.5 km. Please note: car recommended.  
"Villa tra Ulivi", 4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Very simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. No heating option. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea and the countryside.
