Resort??? I think not!
Room 310 was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom smelled so bad of sewer you couldn’t hardly enter to shower. The curtains on the terrace door were shredded and hanging off on both ends. We tried to fix it but the actual plastic piece that holds the curtain onto to curtain rod was broken. We booked a suite with two beds but when we checked in the room had two beds pushed together to make a double. When we told them at the counter that we needed two beds and that we would be willing to just move the beds apart if they would give us additional sheets they said housekeeping had already gone home and they had no access to linens (it was not even 8pm). There was no spa or jacuzzi only a swimming pool so I’m not sure where the “resort” designation comes from. The food however was the best food I’ve had on my whole vacation throughout Europe. The staff at the front desk was also very pleasant. Also, the WiFi never worked once during our whole stay. I would not stay here again.

The staff was nice and cheerful... Rooms are spacious and cleans with a garden of n front of the sea. Perfect!!! The swimming pools are very corrects and facilities such as tennis, football, golf are perfect for kids as well. We have passed an excellent moment with my son. The only bad thing the localisation of this hotel is far from the city center and the road tricky. I recommend this hotel!!

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse agréable
L'hotel nous a laissé profiter de la piscine le temps d'attendre que le check in ouvre. 16h c'est d'ailleurs un peu tard mais admettons. L'enregistrement qui a duré littéralement 1h et qui a été réalisé par une hotesse très désagréable qui nous a donné un appartement à l'autre bout du complexe alors qu'il y en avait des libres plus près. Lorsque nous avons enfin pu nous installer, affaires débarrés, nous avons voulu mettre la clim. Or, la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Un agent de maintenance a été envoyé 30 min plus tard. Ce dernier n'a rien pu faire et nous a laissé planté la. Après plusieurs appels, la réception nous a dit de revenir pour récupérer les clefs d'une autre chambre. Encore de l'attente. Pas d'excuse pas de geste commercial alors que nous avions un bébé qui ne pouvait pas dormir puisque nous devions déménager de chambre. Aucune explication sur la localisation de la 2eme chambre. Finalement une fois de nouveau installé, là nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cet hotel. Situé à 10min en voiture de villages avec des commerces et des restaurants. Heureusement car sur place pas de restauration le soir possible.. Des serveurs au club house très désagréables. En bref, heureusement que l'hotel a une piscine et que les appartements sont grands car sans ça je vous déconseille vivement cet endroit.

Attenzione ai dettagli: fanno la differenza
Purtroppo, forse anche a causa di una serie di coincidenze sfortunate, non posso dire di essermi trovato bene. Ho soggiornato in concomitanza di un ricevimento e ho quindi avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio al rientro la sera e non ho potuto utilizzare la piscina più vicina alle stanze. Quella degli impianti sportivi è piccola, lontana dall'albergo e rumorosa a causa della vicinanza dell'autostrada. Inoltre ospita anche i cani: voglio bene agli animali ma trovo poco igienico che soggiornino in un luogo così delicato per la salute. Le camere sono grandi e pulite, ma la televisione è minuscola e la finestra della nostra stanza si affacciava su un parcheggio (fuori dall'albergo) con un furgone pieno di sacchi di spazzatura. Suggerisco di mettere una siepe (finta o vera) per evitare quell'orribile spettacolo. La colazione è ricca ma il personale in sala è poco cordiale e poco attento alle richieste dei clienti. Buona e professionale l'accoglienza alla reception

The staff had issues understanding English. The resort appears outdated and there was not much comfort. We got upgraded to a junior suite but the room was far from impressive. The air conditioning made both if us sick. It was not adjustable and was noisy. Please note that this is far away from everything and it’s expensive and difficult with taxi. The room had an amazing view. The clubhouse offers good food and service.

L'Hotel ouvrira pour la saison le 19 de juin, donc on pourra profiter de service de l'Hotel: piscine, restaurant et salle de sport! La peculiaritè de Castellaro est la calm du lieu! Très agréable weekend
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un environnement reposant et à proximité des plages et des petites villes environnantes animées le soir en période estivale les chambres sont vastes propre et calme avec une très jolie vue mer et montagne le spa et vraiment très agréable ainsi que les piscines le personnel au petit soin cet hôtel est vraiment complet

Flot udsigt, godt sted m. lille golfbane og pools.
Fantastisk udsigt. Hyggeligt sted oppe i bakkerne, med en lille 9-hullers golfbane. Der er også 2 stk pools som blev flittigt benyttet. Husk at handle ind nede i byen da der ikke er indkøbsmulighed oppe i eller ved resortet. Vi fik værdi for pengene med en overnatningsprisen på ca. kr 750.

Pas mal avec grosse remise.
Resort 4 étoiles mais je n ai pas eu le service d un 4 étoile. Heureusement que j ai utilisé une nuit gratuite sinon au prix normal je quitte l hôtel. C est un 2 ou 3 étoile. Par contre le lit est confortable la vue si vous êtes du bon côté est très belle le peitit déjeuner est bien. Le personnel est sympathique souriant.

malheureusement pas de piscine intérieure alors qu'elle existe sur le site , pas de spa alors qu'il existe , séjour pas animé plutôt triste , alors que le site est très beau , dommage car reposant , en plus et heureusement il a fait très beau. Cher client, On vous remercie pour avoir choisi notre hôtel et pour votre temps utilisé pour nous laisser un commentaire. Ils sont très important pour nous afin d’amélioré les services qu’on offre. Malheureusement dans la période que vous avez séjourné, comme l’hôtel est fermé et sont ouvertes que les appartements, vous n’avez pas eu la possibilité d’utiliser toutes les services qu’on offre comme le restaurant, le Spa, la salle de gymnase et les piscine à l’extérieure. Pendant la saison d’ouverture de l’hôtel il y a aussi des entretien comme des musiciens qu’ils viennent une fois par semaine à sonner dans le restaurant. La piscine intérieure n’est pas à ouvrir mais n’existe plus, au moment d’ouverture on as envoyé une communication à tous nos partenaires qu’ils proposent notre hôtel d’enlever la présence d’une piscine couverte. Si vous dites que sur le site sur lequel vous avez réservé il y avait marqué la piscine couverte on fera une nouvelle recherche afin de modifié cette information incorrecte. On espère de vous recevoir nouvellement dans notre structure spécialement dans la période d’ouverture de l’hôtel pour vous offrir la possibilité de vous relaxé en utilisant toutes le services en fonction qu’on offre. Dovevano riservare qualche appartamentino x chi prenota 1 notte, non ci si può portare il mondo da casa, es; la doccia si fa solo con l'acqua xke non c'è nessun sapone in bagno, la tv è un televisore vecchio con decoder, non è un problema ma giusto che lo sappiate dato che c'è scritto diversamente Ho scelto castellaro golf x passare qualche ora rilassata con il mio fidanzato e usufruire dei comfort dell'albergo...tutto chiuso!!

La ringraziamo per la valutazione positiva, nonostante sottolinei le condizioni della strada: l'hotel si trova effettivamente in un angolo dell'entroterra della Riviera dei Fiori, ed è una delle sue caratteristiche. Belles prestations mais TRES déçus par la chambre
Suite junior réservée (2 adultes - 2 enfants en bas âge) mais une fois arrivés dans les lieux : petite chambre avec 4 lits collés les uns aux autres, du coup, impossible d'en faire le tour, ou même d'accéder à la terrasse (et évidemment pas de table de nuit !). Quelle déception !!! D'autant plus que cela ne correspondait pas aux prestations vendues sur le site expedia. Jamais vu qu'un hôtel vous prépare 4 lits les uns à côté des autres et qu'on ne puisse plus circuler dans la chambre !!!! Aucune de nos demandes de changement de chambre n'a été acceptée, en raison vraisemblablement d'un désaccord de longue date entre expedia et l'hôtel ! Insonorisation des chambres très moyenne. Sinon, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, hôtel globalement très agréable et équipe de l'hôtel très sympa. Attention, la route d'accès est en effet difficile et dangereuse car il est compliqué de se croiser en voiture.

Nous sommes desolès pour la chambre: nous avons vous assignè la junior suite, comme votre rèservation, qui pour 4 personnes peut etre un peu petite. Après votre demande, nous n'avons pas pu changer la chambre parce que il n'y avait pas de chambres plus grandes: les seules plus grandes sont le Suite mais elle etaient tous occupèes (nous en avons que 2). Votre commentaire pour nous a etè important, et utile pour comprendre ça que nous pouvons faire pour amelierorer. Meci Bien. La reception.

Peccato peccato peccato!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato 15/08 al 19/08 in questa struttura con la nostra piccola di tre mesi perché alla ricerca di relax e confort...l'inizio del soggiorno si è aperto con un upgrade che ci ha fatto molto piacere, però poi vivendo la struttura ci siamo resi conto che era abbandonata a se stessa: camere con ragnatele e tende sporche e federe del cuscino con macchie di sangue, corridoi sempre sporchi e in disordine, l'area piscina completamente trascurata e poco pulita (non vi era persone che rimetteva in ordine per il giorno dopo in pratica ritrovavi come lasciavi) e priva di servizio teli, il tutto dovuto secondo me alla carenza di personale addetto alla manutenzione e alle pulizie. Un vero peccato perché la struttura ha dei potenziali enormi!!! La posizione del "resort" non è comodissima in quanto è sulla collina di Castellaro, circa 15 di macchina dal mare ma per chi cerca relax e natura è perfetta. La colazione è quasi discreta mentre la cena è molto buona così come il servizio.

bello , camera spaziosa e pulita
solo una nota, pochi lettini in piscina , e pochi posti a ristorante alla cena ! Rispetto agl'ospiti!!

Check-in tog lang tid, men ellers super service fra alle - især receptionisten der sørgede for opgradering af værelse uden beregning p.g.a. fejl i booking. Wi-Fi overalt, men internet meget langsomt.
