It is located in the countryside along the hills between Monopoli and Castellana Grotte and can accomodate comfortably up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. The villa is a old stone house completely renovated and furnished with modern furnishings and it is divided into two indipendent floors. The main ground floor offers: \- Spacious and fully furnished living and dining area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities needed; \- Master matrimonial bedroom (suite) with air-conditioning; \- Second matrimonial bedroom with air-conditioning from which you access the third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for kids and teenagers; \- Complete bathroom with large shower and closet; \- Kitchen equipped with barbeque and all the useful appliances. The first floor upstairs offers two matrimonial bedrooms with air conditioning and another twin bedroom with two single beds. This floor have a comfortable bathroom with shower. The villa is covered with an excellent free WiFi connection. The villa has a well-kept external area consisting in a wooden gazebo with dining area and wood oven with a barbeque and a second gazebo on the lawn. Other features include a outdoor complete bathroom with shower and a characteristic garden (9000 mq) with typical plants from the area, evergreen and olive trees and an abundance of fruit trees (for the guests to harvest as they wish). Their special construction, with the wide circular vault entirely made of stone and a beautiful wall of bare rock that creates a special atmosphere at ground floor, will allow you to enjoy a pleasant coolness in the summer and warmth in the cold days, thus becomng an ideal holiday home in every month of the year. For example, he arranged that 2 cots and 2 high chairs were ready and all beds were made. We have traveled a lot in our lives, but I have never seen a stay where so many kitchen utensils and crockery etc were available. Really grand. The house has everything for at least 12 people and much more, so that you can eat together at the table both inside and outside. The bathrooms are fine and the bedrooms very romantically decorated. Everywhere mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Great beds. He also picked us up because our car was stolen and we had no transport to the Masseria. He arranged a car for us and that was all very friendly !! Conveniently, we were able to communicate with him through a lady friend who acted as a Dutch interpreter. He Vito was always available everywhere and gave us good tips. Supermarket etc is nearby and a 7 min drive from Castellana Grotte. There is a beautiful b b q and a very nice pizza oven and lots of outdoor space. Beautifully Massaria which is as in the pictures. Thank you Vito for everything ##### M.J e. Accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée tardive. Une maison splendide et très bien équipée dans un endroit idyllique et très bien entretenue par M. Vito DALO. Vous recherchez le calme ! alors n'hésitez pas... Oliviers, cerisiers et coquelicots représentent le cadre idéal. Je vais m'en inspirer pour peindre. Non seulement, la maison est superbe mais je la conseille vivement pour sa localisation à Monopoli où dans un rayon de 100 km vous pouvez visiter les sites incontournables des Pouilles. Une nouvelle fois merci à M. et Mme Vito DALO pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous étions 8 et unanimes sur ces appréciations. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Apr 30, 2019 #### Schönes Haus mit viel Platz Das Haus liegt ruhig und idyllisch inmitten von Olivenhainen. Wir waren nur 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, aber 4 Leute hätten noch leicht Platz gehabt. Das dritte Bad liegt allerdings außerhalb des Hauses. Im Sommer sicher kein Problem, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr kühl. Die Heizung und der offene Kamin haben für wohlige Wärme gesorgt. Ausgestattet ist das Haus sehr gut. Vito ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit. Auch für kleine Kinder sind viele nette Aufmerksamkeiten vorhanden. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa era in perfette condizioni ed esattamente come descritta. Il luogo è molto tranquillo, immerso negli uliveti. La sera si può godere di splendide stellate e di grande tranquillità. In pochi minuti si raggiungono le belle spiagge di Monopoli. Il posto è anche strategico per raggiungere agilmente interessanti località della Puglia. Noi abbiamo visitato Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Polignano a Mare, Bari. Tutti bei posti raggiungibili in 30/45 minuti di auto. Inoltre abbiamo visitato anche i sassi di Matera, raggiungibili in poco più di un'ora. Quindi si possono abbinare giornate al mare con giornate dedicate alla visita di questi interessanti luoghi. Ottima l'ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto dal proprietario e dalla sig.ra che abita vicino e custodisce la casa. Casa vacanza sicuramente da consigliare. ##### Andrea M. Aug 22, 2016 #### Sogno ad occhi aperti Ottima soluzione per vacanze rilassanti ma allo stesso tempo divertenti. Si trova in una posizione strategica e meravigliosa. A pochi km di distanza é possibile visitare città uniche e spiaggie da sogno. La nostra vacanza (io con altri 7 amici)é stata unica anche grazie agli innumerevoli confort a disposizione nel casale e agli ampi spazi in completa tranquillità. Oct 9, 2014 #### fantastic house we stayed here for eight days last september and had a fantastic time. the house is really spaciousand the kitchen is very well equipped. we were with our son who is three and he had a great time to. he had all the space to run around and we didn't have to look where he was all the time because he couldn't leave the property. there is a small bedroom for children next to the master bedroom so that was good to. it has a very large fruit and olive garde behind the house with figs lemons olives cherries wich you can pick right of the tree. during our stay only the figs were still on the tree because the other seasons had been allready but they were amazing. keep in mind you need a car during your stay because you are 15 min drive from the closesed supermarket. i would very much recommend this house for families. ##### paul j.
