It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed, kitchen and living room in an open environment and a bathroom with shower. To the outside there is a large terrace with gazebo, and a corner with sink and outdoor shower. There is a barbeque to make the embers and under a tree olive is a table with benches in order to enjoy the natural cool during the hot summer days. Is about 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Maria di Castellabate, ca. 10 km from Punta Licosa, ca. 10 km from Agropoli and ca. 15 km from the Paestum Excavations. Tuttavia: nell'annuncio non si specifica che non è prevista la fornitura di lenzuola e asciugamani. La proprietaria mi ha avvertito quando ero già in viaggio da Milano, ciò mi ha creato enormi difficoltà. Tutte le camere da letto sono prive di finestre. Il decantato tavolo sotto l'ulivo aveva un asse rotto con i chiodi arrugginiti ben esposti. In bagno manca il bidet. La casa al nostro arrivo non aveva un livello di pulizia, figuriamoci di igiene, accettabile. Il cassetto delle posate, per ammissione della stessa proprietà, non era stato nemmeno pulito (per dimenticanza!) e vi abbiamo trovato dei peli. Di conseguenza abbiamo trascorso una giornata intera di vacanza a lavare tutto da cima a fondo. In generale, cerco di evitare stroncature e preferisco sostenere chi lavora bene con ottime recensioni. In questo caso, purtroppo, nonostante mi dispiaccia perché sono convinto che i proprietari siano delle brave persone, mi sento in dovere di avvertire i potenziali nuovi ospiti e al tempo stesso di spronare i proprietari a specificare nell'annuncio le criticità della casa. Non mi aspettavo un lusso da hotel 5 stelle, ovviamente, ma un accettabile rapporto qualità-prezzo. Quanto ho trovato è stato invece troppo al di sotto di ogni ragionevole aspettativa. ##### Valerio C. Gestori simpatici e discreti, la casa è nuova, accogliente con barbecue esterno e posto dove mangiare all'aperto.
