Apartment located in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a stone's throw from the sea and the main tourist attractions. Everything is perfectly within walking distance (beaches, shops, bars and restaurants).   
The apartment has three bedrooms: a kitchen equipped with all essential appliances, 1 bedroom with a double bed plus 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom and 1 laundry corner.  
The apartment is on the ground floor and the main entrance door is shared with another property on the first floor.  
  
Booking and payment terms:  
\- The apartment is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 11.00 am on the day of departure. When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total must be paid by bank transfer; the data for the transfer will be communicated at the time of booking. The balance must be paid upon arrival.
