There was plenty of room for our group. It was nice that the way the house faces, the back deck overlooking the river was shaded in the afternoon. A few issues came up that I notified the owner about, not worthy of listing them all here except that the A/C is actually a swamp cooler and it wasn't available for use in June, so that was a little disappointing, and the train every 3 or 4 hours was 40 feet away from the bedrooms, and the crossings, so the horn blows right outside your room at all hours of the night. But there were earplugs there we were able to utilize. The second night with the ear plugs was much better.
