The villa is distributed over two floors and the garden offers various spaces that promote relaxation and enjoyment for all: Main floor:Three bedrooms: two double rooms (1,50x1,80) and one room with bunk beds (the top bunk has a safety barrier to prevent falls, size of beds 0,80x1,80mt).Two bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub and shower combination.Living room with sliding doors leading to a terrace, seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor living.Laundry room that functions as a second kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer and induction plates for added convenience.Lower floor:One additional spacious double bedroom.Bathroom with bathtub and shower combination.Very spacious fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for a breakfast in smaller group and access to the garden.
