Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Platja d'Aro" 4 km, railway station "Girona" 34 km, sandy beach "Platja d'Aro" 4 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course 3 km. Nearby attractions: Pp's Park - Parque de atracciones 3.5 km, Camí de Ronda - Calas Preciosas 4 km, Water Park Aquadiver 4 km, Via ferrata Cala del Molí 7 km, Tossa de Mar - Castillo 33 km, Peratallada - Pueblo medieval 28 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto.not incl)). Shower/WC. Oil heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning.
