We are obliged to collect the Tourist Tax (€1 person/day, first 7 days) (Minors under 16 years of age are exempt). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and a third with 2 single beds. The main room has a bathroom included. Full bathroom with bathtub. Large and very well equipped kitchen. Living room - dining room with access to a large outdoor terrace, which forms a huge space to spend unforgettable days. The electric awning covers a large part of the outdoor terrace, so you can take advantage of it day and night. The privileged location of this property, in the center of Platja D'aro, on the main street and very close to the beach and the promenade, is perfect for spending a holiday in an authentic summer atmosphere and forgetting about the car and enjoying the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. For greater security and tranquility, the property is accessed from the main street through the car access, and from there via a comfortable staircase we find the entrance to the house. In addition to the parking included in the price, it is possible to allocate one more parking space, if necessary. Check with the agency for availability. The duplex is located on the second level of the building, with direct access, without a portal.
