Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 7-room villa that measures 150 square meters and is located on the upper floor. The villa features antique and stylish furnishings throughout. On the upper floor, you will find a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV (flat screen). There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with a TV (flat screen). Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a separate WC. A small walk-through room with a pull-out bed accommodating two persons is also available. The villa has exits leading to the terrace from various rooms, including the small studio. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a dining table and an exit to the terrace. There are two showers, bidets, and WCs in the villa. The floors are made of natural stone.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities within the villa. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. The villa also offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Parking is available at the house. Additionally, the villa provides terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a covered balcony for your enjoyment. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Please note that this is a non-smoking villa, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. The villa features a private entrance, smoke alarm, and fire extinguisher for your safety.
