The two-story renovated property, surrounded by trees and meadows, boasts a terraced garden with a wildlife area, a kidney-shaped swimming pool (seasonal availability), outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, and parking. Enjoy amenities like Internet Wifi and relish the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation links.  
  
Outdoors  
Embrace the serene outdoor spaces at "Il Cipresso". Bask in the sun on the terraced garden adorned with trees and a wildlife area. Take a refreshing dip in the kidney-shaped swimming pool (9 x 5 meters, depth 120 cm, open from April 15 to October 15). Rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax under the pergola with garden furniture. Fire up the barbecue for alfresco dining, and enjoy ample parking at the house.

You will stay in a spacious 6-room house that spans 160 square meters across two levels. The house features a large living/dining room with a dining table and TV, along with an exit leading to the garden. It has one large double bedroom and a room with two beds on the main level. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and it also provides access to the garden. There is one shower room with a bidet and WC on the main floor. The upper level consists of three double bedrooms and two additional shower rooms, each with a bidet and WC.

The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. You will have access to a washing machine, mosquito nets, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, and a hair dryer. Internet connectivity is provided through free WiFi. Outdoor spaces include a large balcony, a spacious patio, a garden with a lawn, and a porch area. Outdoor furniture such as terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs are available for your convenience. The house also features gas heating, which is available from October 15 to April 15.
