"Luxurious B and B accommodations. Room furnished with antique Chinese furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. About a block away and down a set of stairs is free parking. Only a short walk. Town is beautiful and we’ll kept. Plenty of walking and hiking. Museums and tours also."

"OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern.
The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless.
There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to...
"Habitación amplia ( cogimos la superior), quizá algo generoso si se dice que es un tres estrellas, decoración así como el suelo paredes y baño ( para reformar). Se oye mucho el piso de arriba, pasos de perro. Por lo demás alojamiento en un ambiente muy tranquilo y de montaña. Algo caro diría yo para lo que es, no entra el desayuno por una hb de 92 eur. "
"Loved the property. The website does definitely state its rural, so it warns you, but it does also mention that its just 2 buses from Alicante airport, and fails to mention the one hour and 10 minute walk from castalla to the hotel. Totally worth it, beautiful hotel to set up a retreat for yourself for a couple days, but people might struggle in the heat woth the walk if planning on taking buses"

"This hotel is stunning! We went for a 3 night honeymoon and couldnt get over the high standard of the hotel. On arrival, the staff were helpful and greeted us with glasses of cava. Our room was lovely. We had the duplex and it was incredibly spacious with great facilities: bath in the bedroom, luxury toiletries, 2 balconies and complimentary cava, soft drinks and snacks.
The pool area was gorgeous. The bali beds were a real treat. All of the plants and trees offered a real escape from the other buildings. The bar food and drinks were tasty and fresh as well. We even had a live violinist play one afternoon by the pool. Breakfast was delicious with a range of continental, fried foods, sweet treats and fruits.

"The hotel is as wonderfuly rated. Finally, after some questionable other hotels we recently stayed in that were rated highly. Nice quite location, beautiful property with amenities!! The pool is nice and they had a pool bar with some very good food and drinks. Staff was great and accommodating. We all had a great time staying here. "

"This was a last minute find for my partners birthday and Wow what a find it was. The appartment was modern and very well furnished/finished.
It would have been nice to have a kettle in the appartment but thats just personal preference.
The pool and spa areas were very clean, however non of the jets in the pool or spa areas worked which was a shame but no real biggy for us.
Reception were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked if they had an Iron as there was an ironing board in the appartment but not an iron. The gentleman on reception had one to us within 10mins of asking.
This place is a serious find. Not only is it nicely tucked away in the Old Town the security at the complex is 2nd to none. We will certainly return here for another stay."
