### Cassino Collinare area

Relax with the whole family or friends at this quiet hillside villa 5 km from the center of Cassino. Panoramic place and sunny in the winter and cool in the summer.  
The space  
The villa has a garden that surrounds it, a shed with a wood-burning oven, and an area with some tools such as a spinning, a bench with weights, a glutei, a full table for ping pong, then two doors that can be placed in the garden to allow children to play soccer. On the north side a shaded Glicine gazebo for quiet moments or dinners outdoors. In the area adjacent to the shed there is an electric car charging outlet. On the ground floor the full kitchen, with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as small appliances such as Hurom juice extractor, toaster.
